This place is delicious!!! I have eaten at the location in Ventura and it's always yummy. This time I was in the valley and happy I came across this second location. I ordered the combo plates and 2 sides of macaroni salad (each side is 2 scoops). It's all bomb! The combo plates come with steamed rice and cabbage. The bbq chicken, bbq beef and the Kalbi short ribs were all delicious, the macaroni salad was bomb. The portion size overall for the combo is excellent, I had leftover protein. Keep up the great portions please. The only thing that could be improved is a more generous scoop of macaroni salad-because it's delicious and I think it would go along way with customers. The staff was nice and had my order correct and ready in about 15 minutes from the time I ordered. I will be back

Bomb food, but TINY scoop of Mac. Why they wanna play me like that? I'm pregnant and all I wanted was some Mac salad... I was done within like 2 bites. Plus they played some weird ass urban outfitters music. Please play Hawaiian music. There are an assortment of amazing artists... j boog, kalohe Kai, Sammy j, Landon McNamara.... Even like any reggae??? Like come on why am I listening to something that sounds like I'm at the mall while surrounded by hula paintings and tiki paneling

Q&Q Hawaiin aka "The Q" is a must try. This was a go-to spot when I worked nearby and after going maybe a year without it I remembered how amazing it was. Skip the local chains and try the chicken and beef combo from the Q. Comes with rice, Mac and cheese and the most tender beef and chicken you've ever had. Whatever flavoring the friendly folks at the Q add to everything is addictive and I'm hooked again. This is a small spot in Northridge but always has a few seats open for those that want to dine in. They offer a hot sauce that I can't get enough of and not sure how to compare it but please try it next time you're there. I was not impressed with the ribs on my last order as they weren't as tender as I'd expect from the Q, but they were still delicious. Next time I come back I'm sticking with the classic chicken and beef, it's amazing everytime. Please try, you won't regret it.

love this place. such yummy food & super accessible. Easy parking, friendly staff & quick foo. Its so nice to have a local spot to feed my cravings when I don't feed like making my own musubi or when I really just want a homestyle lunch plate. the location is super clean & chill vibes. My faves are the macaroni salad, musubi, loco moco & Aloha BBQ. All things considered with the price gouging that markets are putting on small business, it all seems relative & fair here. I'm pretty grateful that this place is so accessible for this community.

Delicious food with great portions for the price. I've gone to this location multiple times over the past few years for take out but never really sat down to eat until today. Came here on a Sunday (which is a very busy day for Costco customers) and although orders were coming in non-stop, the service was perfectly helpful and not at all rushed. Her name on my ticket was Celeste but I'm not sure if that really is her name. She had red hair. But I just want to say that she did such a good job with customer service. She handled online orders, phone orders, in person orders and order fulfillment and did not seem tired at all. She even asked customers how their day was going and had real conversations. Ordered the Aloha BBQ Mix which is a classic and tried out the Kalua Pork with BBQ Beef for the first time today and was so pleased! They just recently added boba to their menu and while the Thai tea looks suspiciously pale it's just as delicious as any other local boba spot. This place never disappoints, can't wait to try other things next time.
